Full replacement with ridge vent upgrade. Old box vents removed. Smoaks home.

Step flashing repair at chimney wall. Previous install was continuous L-metal. Replaced with proper step.

Wind damage repair on south slope. 12 shingles replaced, ridge cap re-secured.

New Roof Installation

New construction install. Architectural shingles over synthetic underlayment. 28 squares.
